SurfFX Woopi Classic Day 2 Wrap-up and Results

Day 2 of the SurfFX Woopi Classic saw small but contestable conditions arrive. Despite a large turnout organisers were able to complete the full draw with all sailors being given a second chance.

Ultimately it was Michael Westra who took out the opens, in his first competitive event for a number of seasons. In the juniors, Adam Pitcher beat out brother Daniel and 2019/20 champion James Fink. Dean Hendrie won the masters division. Place-getters were all awarded store vouchers from event sponsor SurfFX, and prizes were provided to all newcomers.

Tomorrow an 11am sign-on will be held on at the same location, and we will run our social session.
