Youth Wavesailing Camp

Junior Windsurf Camp

A fun, social camp where kids and youth with any skill level in windsurfing (including first timers) are given coaching over two days.  Hang out with other families and have fun windsurfing with other youth windsurfers.

Coaching is given in uphauling, beach starts, water starts, harnesses, planning, gybing, tacking, jumping, wave riding and loops – whatever it is that the individual youth needs.

Note that the camp relies on volunteer parent instruction and support, so we need at least one parent/guardian to volunteer and assist at the event for 2 days for each family entrant.

About Seven Mile Beach and Gerroa
Seven Mile Beach is perfect for surfing, swimming, fishing, snorkelling, windsurfing, long walks, or simply lazing on the beach. After a day of windsurfing and beach activities, you can wave sail, stand up paddle board, surf, wing foil, read a book in a deck chair, challenge the kids to cricket on the beach, enjoy a drink whilst watching the sunset. As the sun sets you might even be lucky enough to witness pods of dolphins frolicking in the surf.
