Description
Get your 2023-24 NSWWA season ticket now. This is available as a 2-event or 3-pass and also gives you free entry to all social events. This is the best value way to secure entry into NSWWA events in 2023/24, including the Severne Australian Wavesailing Championships.
Two-Event (NSWWA Series) entry is $120 and includes:
- 30 Sep- 2 Oct 23 – SURFFX Woopi Wave Classic – Woolgoolga – beginner and intermediate lessons. Expression session with 4 person division finals. (PWA/IWT 2 star event).
- 13 Jan – 28 Feb 2024 – North Windsurfing East Coast Wavesailing Titles – the event window is 6 weeks allowing us to select the best location and dates giving 1 weeks notice. (PWA/IWT 2 star event).
Saves almost 15% on stand-alone entry ($70 each).
Three-Event (NSWWA Series Events + Australian Championships) entry is $170 and includes the above plus:
- 11-19 Nov 23 – Severne Australian Wavesailing Championships at Sydney (Wanda) or Gerroa/Windang/Shoalhaven Heads (location selected based on conditions. (PWA/IWT 2 star event).
Saves almost 30% (stand-alone nationals entry is $100).
For sailors under 20 years old: $30 per event. Age brackets for junior sailors will be determined based on entry numbers for each event.
A season ticket also includes:
- Entrance to all social functions
- Insurance
- An official piece of NSWWA apparel (collect at your first event, subject to availability)
- And more
When choosing divisions, you should base it on your age at 30 June 2023.

Hi Mike, you definitely can compete in just one event, would be great to have you! Just keep an eye on the membership page of our website for a one-off membership that will be put on sale closer to the date of the event. You can also join our mailing list to make sure you are notified of this and other event details when they become available.
Please note that the event proceeding will be subject to government health advice. We are currently evaluating our options for the event given the COVID-19 situation, and will be looking to make an announcement before the end of August about the fate of the event.

I see you have a wing foil division now, any chance you could give a quick lowdown on what formats you could be offering?
I am a member of the LaPa LGA Wing Ding group on Whatsapp. and we have a few wave oriented sailors. I amsure they would like to join in.

We prefer a fairly relaxed approach at our events. it will be an open expression with everyone on the water together and the top 3 places by a committee of secret or open judges depending on the day.
