The long range forecast for the long weekend is for a medium sized long period South swell (ideal for flatrock) for the whole weekend so the conditions will go off!!!

Flatrock’s geography means it should work in both NE and S wind directions. See the update above for where it is.

Thanks. I’m further south, near Bowral, so today I went wind-hunting between Currarong and Gerroa. It was blowing 35 – 40 knots on top of the Point Perpendicular Lighthouse, but down on the shore, the wind was shifty and more like 12 – 15. Didn’t feel like swimming my sinker in from the wind line, or see anybody else out sailing.
